The Portofino

The Portofino is home to 33 condominiums that were built in 1990, some owner-occupied and some rented. See what homes we have available to buy or rent.

Our 1919 building was originally an auto dealership and warehouse on Seattle's historic "auto row" where the city shopped for cars at the turn of the last century.

We live in the Pike/Pine corridor of Capitol Hill, Seattle's most vibrant neighborhood, surrounded by local culture, shops, restaurants and nightlife and just minutes from Downtown.

While all of our residences have parking, we have no guest or public parking. The Summit Garage next door on Summit is your best option for parking other than on the street.

Residents, guests, deliveries, vendors and Flourish Customers can all access our lobby using the callbox by our front door.  

Our Community Site keeps residents and owners up to date with everything going on at The Portofino, plus you can report issues, moves, and pay dues.

Our building is managed by CWD Group where someone is available to assist you 24/7 where someone is alway available to help.
